Dr. Shemone Howard Phillips is the founder of DR HOWARD PHILLIPS EDUCATIONAL COACHING LLC, a growing coaching and consulting company dedicated to supporting non-profits, school districts, and early childhood education organizations.

She is also an upcoming children’s book author, writing stories that focus on social-emotional themes of learning, growing, and practicing kindness toward oneself.

With over 21 years of experience and a Doctorate in Education with an emphasis on Reading and Literacy, Dr. Phillips brings deep expertise in child development, social-emotional learning, literacy, and instructional leadership.
